There was zero communication when it was plain and obvious to the players it was broken.
No support people available when dropping an update - this is software development 101

There's a release process used by professional software developers that has a stage that is called Testing. Maybe Plarium should give this a try. This week Plarium has shown us how little it cares about the quality of it's game, the frustrations of its players and the extremely low quality software development skills that it has.
Here's an idea for you, it's not my idea, it's what the very best gaming companies do:
Focus on producing a high quality game and engage with its players in a meaningful way. The companies that do this produce great games and make a huge amount of money as a bi-product of their endeavours. If you just focus on making money then you'll always be second rate. The very best games out there have huge numbers of players because they are accesible, balanced and they seem to care about players having a fun gaming experience. You may be making plenty of money now but whale games always die in the end because the bar for new players becomes too high.
Letting the whales take all the coins and prizes not only causes resentment with the dedicated players who don't have as much money; but you're actually depriving yourself of revenue because the whales who win all the coins and prizes would have paid for them anyway. Everybody loses. I wonder if any of the above makes any sense to anyone at Plarium. For those of you still reading, thanks for your time :)
