As per our latest "What we are working on" post, we do know that the introduction of new game modes and the system of Clans to Mech Arena is one of the important topics in the community. We see all players’ comments in this regard and we are fully aware that such additions to the game are highly anticipated by the community! Due to a number of reasons, the release of these new features is not expected in the immediate future. However, you can be sure that Mech Arena team is working on their development for the new modes and Clan system to be naturally implemented in the game.

I might get another 2 days ban from the forums for replying too fast for them and consider it spamming.  I have come to love/hate this game and company.

So hi again... Clans aren't bad, but how about the ability to change your clan shield, etc...? You know, clan stuff.

As a clan leader, I can suggest that it would be very useful to be able to appoint another leader for the clan instead of making it automatcially designate someone based on power and activity. I'm sure other clans would prefer this method of choosing a successor.

Maybe this exists already and I do not know where it is!
