I was told xp based matchmaking was made to prevent "sealclubbing"

When a player artificially lowers their hangar power to get favorable matchmaking and beat on lower rank players and bots, so to speak.

Well just saw someone comepletely dominate grandmaster tournament with 1 mech, weapon and pilot pairing and 3 other unequipped mechs.

It's evident players are still able to take advantage of sealclubbing. Do you still not intend to overhaul matchmaking?
