Unfortunately, the spammers keep creating new accounts, but our Support Team keeps an eye on the in-game chat and our team is working out the way of monitoring the chat.

In addition to that, the feedback on the necessity of the "Report" button to be introduced into the chat has already been forwarded to the developers.
