Like some are self explanatory like Sniper going with Longarm, but I have no idea what kind of pilot goes with Plasma cannons, and a lot of the pilot categories are vague and don’t match up with the categories of weapons. https://showbox.tools/
It's based on weapon category. If you sort weapon by category you would see plasma cannons are assault weapons. That means they go with Red and Major so far.
