More clarity in dev-community communication
Dear Developers and Community Managers,
As you may have noticed some of the recent changes made the players' outrage. There are more questions than answers every day, more raging than happy players, many of them not being able to hold feelings any longer.
I do understand that developing a game takes a lot of time, data collected and resources spent but please consider the following:
- Listen to the community. Communicate with us in as many aspects of the game as possible. We are the ones that you want to make happy. If players are happy - they play the game more, more players join, more people spend money to appreciate the developers' work well done. Otherwise playerbase will dry out.
- You have given the access to the test server to YouTube content creators - make adjustments to new features suggested by them before releasing them to the public. Keep in mind that their opinion spreads very easily, good and bad one as easy.
- Update us on your plans and the general direction the game is heading
- Make a list of things you currently work on with the highest priority and planned for later - addressed bugs, features, tweaks, balance changes and what not. Give us approximate dates of updates.
It's not too late to make it work. Don't go War Robots path. Respect the community, work with us and we will help you make a better game. Don't waste the chance.
