Are we being ignored? Might as well start bumping this again.

I made a post the other day when I expressed frustration with difficulty getting responses from plarium representatives. I said I don't expect to get answers very fast trough this channel even if I think it's the only one worth using. But just saw a video yesterday a partner talked about them being sometimes totally ignored when they bring up certain things. Of course the same also happens every single time you've promised you're working on matchmaking, I ask exactly what you're doing to improve it, and every time you go silent, since the game's launch, WITHOUT FAIL! So does plarium think they can just ignore our frustrations with the game until we shut up or something? What's the deal?

Since it's been almost a day, this is really my biggest concern now. BUMP!

Actually yes we are being ignored, obviously both Rescue and Alina are avoiding this Forum and supports are replying emails with something like "we're working on it" which is what you get from Rescue.

Yes, there have been some delays in replying to most comments on the forum due to the holiday period. Could you please share a link to your topic?

A lot of the changes to matchmaking are small adjustments to the current system (ie multipliers, mech/weapon values, etc.).

What I think most people have in mind is they think the whole system is being changed.  Like completely scrapped and then something *NEW* takes its place, which is not the case.

After each adjustment period data is analyzed to see if it achieved a good balance.  Some adjustments go to far while others don't go far enough.  As new content and as players develope new strategies previous settings become outdated.

For example, when Arc Torrent first came out it was in a good place for damage.  However, as players developed strategies for it and new content came out like Striker it is not in the same place it was before and can be very frustrating to play against.

Matchmaking is very fluid and is constantly being changed because of new content and player strategies/development.

Hopefully that helps understand the thought process behind matchmaking changes.

The reason it's fluid is because you're taking a system which separates players of closer squad power and instead pairs them with people who bought their way to max. What happens is an update comes out with new META items, people buy it all the way to max in plarium's sale event, f2p and pocket change get clobbered and frustrated and then leave, making the volume of p2w players populating our matchmaking brackets relatively much higher, causing even more f2p and pocket change to get frustrated and leave, creating a feedback loop in which the volume of p2w players relative to f2p and pocket change keeps getting higher and thus matchmakings problem's more intense. And you're trying to balance that.

The fact that 1500 sp players can even match against fully max 6000+ SP hangar is ridiculous. The fact that you think this is the matchmaking system to roll with, even more so. That you think you can fix this by tweaking it over time, laughable.

You need to change the whole freaking system. You can't keep trying to tweak this crap it just won't work.

I don't know why I haven't gotten my response from plarium PR on the pay to win status of this game. There's some sort of debate going on? If they want to debate the pay to win status of the game they can debate me.

I don't think there's any debate at all. They're just ignoring uncomfortable questions.

yea it's like i said in other posts a game is absolutely p2w when you can spend tons of money to have a 99 percent winrate. 99 % should not be possilbe in a pvp game. they are not gonna debate as the company only cares about the bottom line which the whales feed and makes them happy so the f2p or those not able to spend huge amounts often are nothing to them

Exactly.    They  insult  us  by  calling  us  'beloved'  as  they  feed  us  to  whales  while  telling  us  lies  like  "For  sure.    We  are  working  on  it."
