Stop yourself for a second and think, how much money in A-Coins and other would one need to max something out like that? It's an insane amount actual USD or Higher.
$99 USD for 14,000 A-Coins does not solve the problem, I have around 3 mechs with Yellow level up arrows on them, and even if I went this route I'd be out of the blue game currency the (c) coins to upgrade them further
So the OP's screenshot is showing a maxed out panther mech on Level 7 of 7.
This would run - 5375 A-Coins, 2,664,575 (c) Credits (Which translates to around 24,000 A-Coins) plus you somehow have to get thousands of tickets or buy them at around 12 A-COINS a pop. So in or around 38,000+ A-Coins max out a single mech - at $99 per 14,000 it's in or around $300 USD just to max out a Panther. Way more money to max out Lancer and etc..
So a rough estimate of these edge cases are people who have dumped over $3000 USD of actual money to Plarium, - On what planet would this make any financial sense. I see average players might spend possibly $1000 USD max accross the entire lifetime of the game at best.
So these players are either not real, beta-testers, or someone who exploited the old referal system to recieve 100,000 A-Coins by sending thousands of new subscribers to the game from their blogs or websites or youtube, or it's someone who has a big big problem and should be calling 1-800-GAMBLER for addiction counseling, In case you're not from the USA this is the number printed on the back of every lotterly ticket and hung in every casino.
