Considering i have energy 16 mechs like panther, guardian, arachnos and paragon?

I run disc8's with Paragon and frequently ruin people's day.
Don't use Killshot. Only jobbers use Killshot.

Incorrect - Paragons ability is boost. It moves faster for a short period of time so it's great for making damage and then ducking behind cover or crossing the map to flank.
I'll average 4-9 kills with ParaDisc's per game.
