They fixed matchmaking in the sense that you will only be matched to people of your same squad power and any bot you match to will be roughly the same power as you.

I'm not sure if that's "fixed" when I can unload 3 full rounds of missle rack 8s into someone and not kill them. I die with one of their clips so fast it's crazy. 

They have Carbine 12s and disc launcher 12s. I don't even own one of those 

Yeah the bots are super tough now, especially if you have a really good win loss ratio. My win % is 99% so the enemy team is nothing but bots with all three redox, brickhouse, and surge 6 Star everything

As it was explained to me matchmaking is currently undergoing a test to try and make the matches more fair.  As this test is undergoing changes will be made based on player feedback and data gathered.

I have also noticed being paired with more players and harder bots. but I am closer to the 3.5k-4k Squad Power Level.

They have failed us by not mentioning any change earlier

Also, the problem with bots is that buffing bots is no problem. The problem is the bots prioritize attacking real players over enemy bots. So you get the real players just getting ganged on because bots are focused on.
