Server went down. Account lost
Since the server went down today 01/10/21 my account has gone.. anybody else had the same issue?
was there a game update?

This just happened to me Early this morning. When trying to launch a game to oly tournamen, it kicked me back to my hangar. I tries again and it kicked me baxk to my hangar a 2nd time. I closed the gane and reopened it. My account was gone! I have alent way to much money to start compl over. Is there anyway i can get my account back? This is a screen shot of my account.

Yeh, Chotime i too have spent a bit developing my mechs and i want to either get the money back or get back in where i was.
For me I have no screenshots...but there must be a way to get the account back..

This is my only screenshot of what the game looks like when you lose your account...back to the beginning and all money spent has been lost and all gaming time wasted...support? Yeh right, like every company and workplace on this planet, full of **it...

Was your account at any point tied to an email, facebook, or gmail account?

Haven't a clue...i just opened the game and played.. I don't do social media so Itunes, gmail or email.
I paid for game purchases through ITunes.
The screenshot above shows you the result of signing in with ITunes..
I can't be bothered with this crap so i will leave this thread here to show others what can happen and what support you won't get.

Next time login with something and you won't lose your account also you can go to Play Store and give them a copy of your stub
