Hackers use cheats because... They are bad at the game. And it's true that the hackers have been reported but... they don't get banned. Idk why.

There are two serious problems here.

1.  The efficiency of processing reports, how long will it take for reports to be processed? 1 week? 2 weeks? 3 weeks? 1 month?
2.  Are they only rely on reports to find the cheaters? If the cheaters only make a small amount of modification (5-10%), and the players can't spot it.......Cheaters are always winners

Pilots, fair play is one of our priorities. Speaking of the "Report Cheater" button, our special algorithms will be checking reported players additionally and issuing bans if the evidence confirming those reports is found. We don't want to ban someone without any solid reasons. 

Besides, we don't only rely on your reports. Your help is important, but we're going to combat cheaters with the help of our anti-cheat system as well. We've already made our first move and we do plan to improve the system in future.
