As  new  players  join  the  game  they  obviously  want  to  play  with  people  they  know  but  it  is  no  fun  when  a  player  that  is  new  has  to  endure  playing  with  an  established  player  that  might  be  upwards  of  2k  or  even  higher  than  the  newbie.   

I  was  wondering  if  the  established  player  drops  mechs/weapons  from  their  hangar  to  lower  their  squad  power  if  that  will  place  them  lower  in  the  matchmaking  system  so  the  new  player  isnt  overwhelmed?
