New exotic beam weapon (medical scythe)
This beam weapon would function similar to the others but instead of only damaging enemies it has the ability to heal allies.
Ideally it would take all the same stats as the thermal lance but diffrent damage out put.
The damage out put would start at 0.8% of the enemy health at rank 1 level 1 and then climb by 0.8% each level. So at rank 6 level 7 it's total damage would equal 33.6% enemy health.
While siphoning the enemy health the user is healed by that same percentage of health.
The to the weapon would be that for every rank the weapon progresses to, it has the ability to heal allies by a specific percentage of health for every 1 second its active at a ally. For example at rank 6 the ally heal percentage would be 0.4% rank 5 would b 0.3% and so on and so on to rank 1 where it would be 0.05% ally health.
This way once maxed out if a player runs 2 of them they won't be able to fully heal the ally.
