On  the  18th,  I  popped  into  the  game,  saw  a  message  in  my  "news"  and  read  it. It  said  that  until  the  19th,  all  players  could  claim  a  reward  for playing  beta,  and  the  longer  you  played  the  better  it  was.  ("Global  Launch  Rewards".) According  to  my  friend  who  claimed  these,  and  numerous  videos  on  Youtube  relating  to  it,  these  rewards  were  in  every  player's  inbox  until  the  19th. Wanting  free  rewards,  I checked  my  inbox  only  to  discover  it  was  empty-  NO  rewards.  I  opened  a  ticket  with  in  game  support,  the  bot  responded,  and  I  tried  all  of  its  suggestions,  none  of  them  worked.  So,  I  responded  to  the  bot  with  my  ID  as  directed,  which  is  supposed  to  refer  it  to  plarium  support  for  them  to  help  with- no  response  yet.  (I  made  the  ticket  on  the  18th).  Help,  anyone?  (If  it  makes  any  difference,  I  joined  the  game  in  March)
