"Failed to start battle" Error

This has been more and more common since the last update. I had it happen at least 6 times yesterday. I know others are seeing it as well. I submitted a ticket a few days ago and never got a response. If you close the game out and restart, it will try to put you in that same battle but give you the error again until the battle ends.

Hello! If you have reported the issue, our Support agents will get back to you as soon as they have a chance. Due to the high number of reports, it may take some time.

Besides, I'd recommend that you reinstall the game and update it to the latest available version.

Already tried all the usual...clearing cache, uninstall, reinstall, etc. Do you think it might be better to resolve playability issues before adding more new content that obviously is causing all of these problems? How many players lost the ability to play the game on their phones after the last update? Inexcusable.

Yes! Exact same thing. I can open crates, use chat rooms, but cannot start a game, times out at 45 or 60 seconds.


I cannot add new friends or receive msg's from friends tho.

I've tried everything. Reinstall plarium and mech arena, app doesn't work on my phone either. Tried using neighbours WiFi, he has a different isp, nothing

Tried a VPN and cloud flare, nothing is working. Disabled firewall, allow plarium and mech arena special firewall access.


Same results on my phone with my WiFi and neighbours WiFi. Speed tests are all fine, under 80 ping and I have 250mb down/up as well.
