Hemlock ability is too long and cooldown is too short

It ability is an advanced version of zephr and surge but 10.5 sec of ability of daze and Emp and only 10sec cooldown with implants it only 7sec .. we know it's a legendary robot but it's disturbing the game balance .. it needs an immediate nerf like zephyr and surge .. the ability should last long than 4sec max ... doing nothing for like 10seconds is a absolutely ridiculous.. and no counter for that ability because the range is all Over the map .. max it should be more than 30mts like zephyr because of Emp.

When it first came out I thought it overpowered. With it being around for a while I don't think that anymore. It doesn't destroy the meta and if fact is not even in a lot of top player end game hangers.

Lol yes hemlocks a pain and 1v1 nigh impossible to kill. But it just makes me want him more.
