Hello! I clearly remember how Nomad was criticized during its release as players considered it not powerful enough. But so many men, so many minds...
I'd recommend you try some new tricks, strategies, and tactics. Nomad isn't invincible and has its weak spots. Learn more about Nomad in the video

I think what Lucas Amore was talking about is Nomad in early-game/mid-game. I think he meant the Nomad-tankers.
Tbh nomad is almost unstoppable if you're in a match with a tanker using him.
Splash damage is what you want to kill him, perhaps something that can survive the duration of his dmg resistance after his first attack, like a panther (also bc it gives stasis.)
A good weapon against him is grav beam, as it does full damage even with his dash. That's also why I recommend panther, as the stasis gives your time to implode, especially if you've got a single grav setup.
Well, hope that helps, my fellow nomad disliker!
You guys are right about it being strong, especially when it's used as a tanker. But your wrong about it being op.
I've been playing for 2 years, I joined a nomad-tanker at rank 5, and I was using slingshot at rank 3. I still was in second place. This is because I was able to kill nomad with my fragment gun 8. All you have to do is be good at the game. This guy got 42 kills, I got 26. This is because you don't have to target the top mech, target the crappy bots. That is how I became second place, and even got to kill the nomad. Because he was trying to kill bots, and I caught him at not so high health and I took him out.
I'm sorry to admit it, but CD is right about this one, nomad is not invulnerable, and he is not overpowered. It's just that you don't have the skills, mechs, or weapons to put him down efficiently. Or, you don't have the skill to avoid him in battle, while still winning.
Some will not agree with me though, however, the truth can hurt sometimes.

you make a valid point, but your neglecting the fact that people are upset because FFA mode (especialy mid game) has basically turned into a Nomad showcase, where whoever has the strongest Nomad gets first place.
Also, not everyone can run away, and even if you try the Nomad can just dash across the map (unless you have a killshot or a seeker).
Also your forgetting the other players who are trying to run away and thus end up on the same side of the map as you, thus drawing the attention of the Nomad to the location with the most people to kill. all while you cant realy do anything because the Nomad is to friggin tanky. Also it heals everytime it kills something so you can't just wear it down.
Also what the heck is a Rank 5 or 6 Nomad doing in the same arena as my rank 3 team, and why are the rest of his mech only rank 2. Almost seemes like he's trying to rig the machmaking.
Hello guys! The main problem with Nomad is that it is being abused by tankers. The issue is known, and currently, the team is actively working on it, as well as the SP dropping problem itself. Yes, I know that it's been mentioned for quite a long time, but I have always highlighted that the process is complicated and it requires a lot of time and effort to be done. Be sure that the work is in progress!
Well one thing i can suggest is making so specific mechs can't join in matches of a specific power level, than maybe increase that amount slightly depending on the amount of health the mech has. Ofcourse this is how i think it could be balanced out more, but since i don't know enough about the game its match making systems, my idea could actually be terrible.
Dealing with Nomad is just like dealing with any other mech that people complain about. Get better strategies. I have Nomad and I can't tell you how many times I get stopped dead by Zephyre or Surge. Stop complaining, watch some Youtube videos if you can't figure out strategies on your own.
