I believe your use of the word support is misapplied in this situation.
I happen to like the preset option and glad to have it but the OP makes a great point about the pilot situation. Restricting player options to customize with implants... how has that worked out for the revenue so far? I'm guessing by the shortening of the golden pass duration that you saw a big dip in sales.
