The contrary would even be surprising.

For Plarium this is not a game, this is a business. They have users who pay nothing despite they have a cost, they have players who pay a bit, but most importantly they have a small minority of players who pay a lot (really...) and make most of their income.

Of course, their goal is to be as profitable as possible, like any other private company, and morality / fairness is irrelevant in a commercial business. So which of these three kinds of users do they want to keep as players as long as possible? And the best way to keep them is to give them exactly what they want: <an appearance of> superiority compared to the other players. "I am so good, I kill so much, I win so often... yeah it must be me, and just me." Thus, they will have easy bots and canon meat in front of them.

From a business perspective, that's the story between the fishes (F2P players) , the dolphins and the whales. Be sure they don't care about feeding the very profitable whales with the costly fishes. 

I think soon I will quit this game. No way to win against spenders unless you are willing to spend and get the top implants.. doesn't matter how well you play and how many you kill. Spender Opponent's bots will get you no matter what. 

The conditions for players are the same no matter whether they are spenders or not. Of course, having more powerful Content the Matchmaking system will pair such a user with other players and bots accordingly, but I wouldn't call it biased as it works the same way to f2p players

Of course there is not any real way to beat heavy spenders unless they are rubbish tactically but I actually find the gap between ftp and p2w in this game isn't that bad. If you try and change your mindset you might still enjoy it. If you win 1 in 5 Vs a whale then be proud just don't expect to win half. 

I have no problem losing if the players are awesome and deserving. The issue is they always seem to receive preferential bots who are playing like James bond :)
