I think originally this company try to multiplate the players  by BOTs, make us pay more to catch up their levels, however, the situation is out of control. The major revenue is countributed by upgrading MECHs or weapons, and players already found if we really do that, it will make bots get much stronger and we will lose more, so we stop to pay. It is a very serious issue, it looks like they don't know how to fix it. I don't know how they report this to their business team or leaderships but I guess they didn't do that, may just ask for more features, new stuffs to cover this problem.

The reason for implementing bots is due to the fact that our players are located all around the world and are in different time zones accordingly, sometimes, there is a lack of online players with approximately the same Squad Power to pair with. That's why we use bots.

Talking about their power, a bot is not a real player, it doesn't have advanced logic or tactics. In this way, to equalize the advantage and make bots competitive, they may have pretty powerful equipment and perform really well.

Nevertheless, we know that it's an issue, so currently, we are actively working on the AI to make bots closer to a real player. The work is in progress!

It's shooting game, tatics and strategy are useless for bots which can see 360 degree and almost 100% hitting rate

I think the point is - you should make players feel they are stronger after they upgrade something. It's the key motivation make people counting to play. 

You guys should allocate more resources for this, it's your top issue right now. You can see there are a lot of discussions about - don't upgrade if you don't want to make the situation getting worse. It's true and make you lose your revenue and players. The game is dying   

Agreed. They don't care about the player base; only about making money. Everywhere I look, people are complaining about the game. Every major issue gets met with a 'we're actively working on it' response. They take a few positive responses and say the whole community approves but in reality, the mass majority of players have negative feedback. Game is all but dead at this point...

or players have discovered that it is useless to spend and upgrade when you have mastered the low hangar system and easily win all the tournaments, Palrium says they know this, but I'm sure their inability to solve the problem is 95%.. .this is the priority problem then come these fucking BOT HACKS.. what's the point of spending when you know you have corrupt adversaries, and bot hackers??

they can see all the time,. they dont have s***ty GUI, or annoying FX like smoke fire and other crap obsctructing their view, cant tell you how nay time I got railgunned from behind a smoke cloud by bots
