I think plarium alway intended to keep making getting blueprints tougher to get without solving it and expected people would just accept it. We've had blueprints problems from the start where people still get blueprints for max mechs and plarium's done f***ing squat. Maybe that's because the community hasn't talked about it a lot so it's not on their list of planned changes any time soon. But you'd expect something that's been an issue from the very beginning to take some greater priority.

Their point about still getting blueprints for maxed weapons and mechs is valid. 

The issue regarding getting Blueprints for already maxed Content is known! Our team is looking at what we can do with it

I have about 2000 blueprints for weapons I haven't used in 2 years. Game is a joke these days.
