i have it. just more mess that might imbalance certain aspects of the game further. mine is a 20 percent boost to arc 12s

It's a new special feature that can improve some of the characteristics of Content for some time! Current one increases the Arc Torrent 12 Damage by 20%

Is it available for everyone ?  I thought its related to winning tournament stage 

Modifiers are like temporary implant Buffs. Since most player were angry about the Implant Removal Nerf they came up with this strategy to ease players!

I'm sure in few months they'll add a price tag or Acoins tag to these modifiers and make new players belive that getting actual implants are better option and spending Absurd amount of Acoins to remove Implants is reasonable

Nice strat - Got two birds with one stone! (Sales of Acoins/Pilots/Implants is gonna shoot up. Who knows someone might actually buy these Modifiers too!)

A temporary weapon buff you'll have to pay for eventually. Just another predatory sales feature to make money. It'll make the game even more unbalanced. Game is becoming just like WR...
