It's called the matches are rigged they're not going to fix it this is how it always has been. There may be times where the matches don feel rigged that's because they use a bunch of smoke and mirrors.

They don't care about balance or fair gameplay. Like BAAB said, matchmaking is rigged. I've had matches where I totally outplayed my opponent but lose because they had super bots while mine just walked around in circles, shooting at air. I've also been on the winning end with the same bot scenario. Unless it's 5v5 with all real players, Plarium rigs the matches with how the bots play, their mech and weapon ranks, etc, to determine who should win or lose...
