i'd say yes and increase for shadow and md as well. these mechs really only ever be worth playing at there higher ranks with perfect pilot/weapon/ and implants as they are now is just blah

Maybe yeah it's not like there's much more you could do to them other than changing their stats or energy capacit. But then is there going to be fewer low energy mechs remaining. I think shadow needs it much more. Then it's "not so much weaker than exlipse". And there's already ZERO low energy mechs that are epic or legendary. But that's another topic for another post.

Tengu doesn't happen to need a perfect pilot. Just sky strike stasis duration. There's still a problem though. Implants are getting increasingly hard to get.

Tengu needs to be 24 energy.
