The ACOINS.INFO spam has been a constant in the chat for years now, taking advantage of people who don't know any better.
When Plarium hasn't taken any action to even sensor the domain name from chat, it looks an awful lot like they're complicit.
Bring down the hammer on it. Block it in chat, bring down the hammer on accounts that try to post it. Stop allowing new players to get robbed.

Yeah, some basic and slightly overdone word censorship and that's it. Right now there's someone soliciting underage sex in the English forum and there's not even a 'report' button for it... you can report in-game cheating but they obviously don't want to deal with the admin overhead of chat.
So really, the proper solution is to not have chat at all.

the CHEAT button in the game is fake, it's just to quench your sense of helplessness from those who descend to your level, with their 7 star hangar, and kill you as soon as they see you.. that button is fake
