With my experience playing as surge I have realized that he is extremely unstable. Sometimes he freezes people even though they reload them. Sometimes he doesn't emp them at all even though I clearly SLAMMED him. There has been so many times when his boost doesn't work properly and i end up dying. Also sometimes bots will still shoot javelins at me even though I have stealth drive on.  His emps is delayed most of the time, and some zephyr bots will emp me after I freeze them which give them 2 seconds more of emp. Please fix surges ability. It's so annoying.
