That's what you said months ago. Everything was supposed to be 'improved' with the grade update. Instead, it went from bad to worse. Nothing is being done, even after the hundreds, if not, thousands of complaints about it. Instead of making it a priority fix, you keep pushing out new stuff that nobody wants or asks for.
What makes it worse is that you have support, moderators, and other community managers making up lies about how matchmaking is supposed to work. Including your version, I've received another two or three conflicting versions from others.

Hello! So-called my version is an official statement provided directly by the game developers. We are constantly working on bug fixing and improvements to the game. Of course, they may not be noticeable to you, but still, they are (you can check some brief lists in our Release/Patch Notes). Fixing the game details may require a lot of effort and time, depending on the complexity of an issue. Hence, if something's not fixed even after a long time, it doesn't mean we are not working on it. We are collecting and processing all the feedback from the community, and we know all the problems existing in the game.
I don't understand how my brother gets mech sale for $1.99 and I have the same mech for $13 he don't spend a dime on the game I spend at least $20 every other day and don't get the deals he gets

I wanted to play the redox specialized event but don't have $25 to get him but my brother got a chance to get one for $1.99, it's only a ,2 star but he at least gets a chance to get the mech at an affordable price and don't spend a dime I feel you guys are preying on the people that spending money when we should get more better deals than the one who don't spend

It's well known the developers are a bunch of liars, especially when they say they test updates before release, yet somehow miss a major bug like the sound missing from an update. Let's be real; they don't test anything. But, now we're just supposed to believe they're 'working on it'? GTFOH 🤦♂️

One of my primary responsibilities as a Community Manager is to transfer thoughts and thesis from developers to players and vice versa. It's up to you whether to question certain facts, but on my end, I have never had any reasons to misinform you, and on the contrary, I transfer all the available information that I can.
