IT IS NOT YOU. The problem lies with Plarium Play. I have done everything that they suggest and NOTHING HAPPEN. If you notice the introduction screen go up to 99%. Then at 100% you get a black screen. If they do not have all their games up and running by 07 May 2023, then all the players need to contact thier Australian parent company (Aristocrat Leisure Limited). They are in to the money, I can not spend the money in Plarium Play, if I can not get in to Plarium Play. MY SUGGESTION IS MAYBE START FIRING SOME EMPLOYEES.

Hi, my problem solved when i deleted the game from my Plarium Play PC and install again, the download delayed 1 hour, my connection is 200 mbps...

Plarium Play DNS is at fault. The IP address is computer un-readable address, that mean it CORRUPT.
