Where do I post suggestions for in-game content?

I would like to suggest an EMP button to add to the in-game controller for all players to use against guided missiles. Considering that noobs can just hide behind walls and get kills in an open area where there is no way to make it to them, the button would allow players to explode the missles right before impact and give the player a chance to gain ground or find cover. The button should be usable for players only and not AI bots because a bot would be able to time it correctly every time, the button should have a 10-15 second timer on it so if you want to give the players using missiles another chance to fire, then their guided weapons would be ready before the EMP would be ready to use again. 

Everyone can agree on how annoying noobs hiding behind walls with guided missiles can be, giving every player a chance to use quick reaction time, and skill to evade the missiles is a must if you're going to allow such an unfair advantage to players that aren't putting in effort at all, that is basically letting them cheat..
