I reinstalled the game this morning. After a few hours and multiple attempts it finally loaded and allowed me to log in. I played 1 match where the results failed to load. Couldn't start another match. Restarted app and now back to authenticating. It's not a hardware issue not is it a connection issue. Like Lord Pew Pew said it's a server issue. I'm sure the next recommendation from support will be to defragment my hard drive.... Just tell me your game is screwed up and I would be much happier than you trying to convince me it's on my
