Is Plarium breaching GDPR regulations?

First of all let me start by saying that Mech Arena is an amazing game. It's definitely my favourite game I've ever played on mobile. But that's the problem, it's extrtemely addictive and I need to take a break from it to focus on my studies. This is why I would like to remove my user/game data.

I have contacted support numerous times over the last six months in game and via email to have my account deleted and one of the things they require to delete the account is the "registration date", which I do not know. I contacted Google Play Support to obtain this but they responded with, "I would like to inform you that we do not have an option to check the date of the application downloaded and installed.".

The latest ticket I raised for account deletion (ticket#4492161) was December 15th but I have still not received a response on it.

I play this game in Ireland and Canada and I thought since I am an EU citizen and play in Europe that my data can be deleted when requested as per GDPR regulations. Or am I mistaken?

Airplane, hi! Could you please let me know if you've heard from our Support Team already?

Hi @FlooGalleon , thanks for your response! Unfortunately no, on Dec 15th they asked for the information below, which I provided to them that day. Then on Dec 18th, I replied again asking for an update but no response.

"It sounds like you want Plarium to remove data associated with your account.

In order to respond promptly, please make sure you send us the following details:
- Names of Plarium games you play
- Your User ID or coordinates
- A Reply-To address"

Clearly looks like Plarium just doesn't care about people's data

I have a feeling that they are gonna have a data leak soon
