Every time I try to create a clan it tells me that the clan name or tag already exists. Trust me it doesn't. Is there a glitch somewhere?

When you create a name of a clan, it's mustn't be similar with other clan names in other kingdoms. How can 2 different clans with similar names be fought with each other in CvC? I think this is the main reason of such rule.
