Hello! You can change your userpic at your Plarium.com profile (as I can see you did! 🙂) and then you need to change your game avatar to this one in the game. 

To change your personal information in the game, go to the Profile tab of the Palace. 

To change your userpic, hit the "Change userpic" button in the Profile tab, then select a new userpic from the offered options, and hit "Apply" or "Buy and apply."
