Hello , is passed a log time from when i did that, but i guess you need more friends for unlock it !

my other account with just 2 friends can unlock it, thats why im so confused mainly haha. Also on my other smaller account i still have the option to purchase the slot but i dont. I will submit a request anyways.

i said it was a bug since i was unable to purchase the last slot, they told me this. um so what do i do?

Greetings, Lord! Let's try clearing your Plarium Play cached data, as it may help in some cases. Please enter the Settings -> System Preferences -> Reset Cache 🙏🏻

I just tried that, did not work.

I opened another ticket and they just closed it saying to go to forums :/

I did all of it and I can guarantee it is not an issue on just my end because other players with account access can't unlock it either.

How many Plarium friends do you have?  Even if your friends that have access to your castle can not unlock it, the number of Plarium friends that your castle has does not change.  

I found this information.  I hope it is helpful.  I would concentrate on getting the plarium friends to open this up.  I did this a very long time ago and I seem to remember that I had to get the friends.  

Temple of War:

To use all 6 slots for Relics will cost you either 21 friends or 900 Sapphires

To store Relics you can open up the first line of 5 slots by inviting 35 friends, the other 9 rows of 5 slots each can be individually unlocked for 300 Sapphires each.

Hi, will try the 21 friends as the 900 sapphires option isn't being given to me (the crux of the issue unfortunately). 

I only mentioned trying from other logins/computers since the help website given to me seems to point at a personal/technical issue on my end (caches/files of plarium etc.). Will take a bit to get those friends though, also an issue I noticed is that when you click "add friend" in game it doesn't actually send a friend request through the application unless that's just me (?).
