If this is your first use of Windows 10. Close the game, close Chrome and reboot. Ensure all updates are installed and if necessary reboot again the follow the steps in the above link.

I also experienced that problem after windows 10 got in. It might be caused by a DNS error, or an update in windows not being installed. Make sure that you are running the latest windows, and if not try to update to the latest. 

If the problem still persist then contact support and sent them the har file.
