why? its not master that is selling these units its the army of bots controlled by the person behind, and you can lock down master, and a new master will take his place. If you want to deal with this crap, you need to take down all the bots. Sending a ticket for just this spammer in question serve no purpose, he will bounce back with a new castle in no time to spam from.Gadheras said:

There appears to be NO POINT in sending in tickets. I have sent in 3 now over 16 months. Guess what, they are all still there. The last one I sent I have now noticed it is like the bot lines but is in fact a fairly long line of MASTER accounts. They are all still there, and going by the mail I got today, seem to be still active.

Do you have any suggestions about that? How can we show it to you? We can't share the info about banned accounts with third parties, so maybe you have something else in mind? We would be happy to hear your ideas.There is no point before Plarium show they are serious about deal with it.
Once you start level the "feeder" bots to the ground, the ones that supplying all Master is selling. Removing them from the world, and we the players start take notice of bots vanishing, you will see we get more inclined to help report bots as we find them too. I know there is a lot of players that use these bots as raid content and resource cows as well, but for sake of the greater good of the game, they need to go. these Bots produce nothing but gold and Iron, they must have their units killed.
To make it easier, just write a code, that will make sure that units at reported bots never reach X amount, when its over X amount it must terminate all the units and reset them back to X.

You should submit a ticket with the coordinates to support so they can investigate the accounts.
what does it help to ban the "master" accounts that does the spamming? they can create dozens every day if they want to spam with, you need to WIPE OUT the feeder bots that supply the goods they are selling through Master. Its like killing the messenger over and over because he bring bad news, not deal with the actual bad news. When plarium bans an account the actual castle doesn't disappear, it just can't be logged into anymore. But yes, I've seen the lines.
