Since earlier today when I go to the Infirmary it is empty...I had a lot of solders in there that cannot be renewed, nor is the 'free' renewal working it seems.
Please can you advise?

We've fixed the issue with the Infirmary, troops should be there, please check.
It happened to me yesterday as well, could not view troops for a few hours.
I just experienced a different bug with the infirmary, relative to a discount offer to revive my trooops which did not work. see relative thread at

Thanks Eugenia they seem to be back now...can you confirm the free renewal is working as intended? I don't seem to see any notifications on those each day.If you have troops in your infirmary and a discount for revival please let us know if it is working for you. If not, request you to please raise a ticket to support.

Lord Dougora, sorry for my late reply. Yes, we've fixed this issue and the Infirmary works as intended now.
How long had the soldiers been in the infirmary? Do wounded soldiers immediatly appear in the free revival tab after a failed attack?
Or as Puzz says, that the wounded soldiers appear later.
Or is it as I am thinking, that they don't appear at all if your food production was negative at the time.
However, I do see the losses in the paid revival tab.

Sorry for asking, I am abit confused.
Normally, if your castle is attacked the soldiers appear immediately in your Infirmary depending on the level of the Infirmary. The ones on the Green side may be revived for free, the rest you have to pay for. If any troops not revived within 7 days drop out of the Infirmary and may not be revived. Food production or on hand has nothing to do with the revival process. During the last Beacon event not all soldiers went to the Beacon Revival tab. This was fixed in a few hours.
