i have also a ticket 22-12-2016, wait 48h x 10 as calculated speed / time here
and controll all alts in settlements, always same persons with xxx castles
I just sent 8 spying missions to settlements, And ALL of them said 2 min to get there, but they were actually from 2.5 min all the way up to 9 minutes.
I didnt notice till the last one was on its way.

that client using that you do not have problems?
perhaps need to try a normal client BROWSER

i just sent some hits and defense to settlement i have same issue.
@ EUGENIA at this point is is obvious it is a server wide issue and not a single player so a single player sending in a ticket will be useless. So if you as manager send this in as server issue it can get fixed for server like it should.
