No. If two Leagues are at war, they can attack each other's Fortresses without any limits.

We are in a Challenge but their fort has a 200,000 force limit - http://prnt.sc/d8uwl2
None of our Beacons have force limit protection, even tho other games have always had this - http://prnt.sc/d8uxjh
Why such inconsistencies? Is it not time that Force Limits were standardised on all games and servers?
