My suggestion would be first trying pressing play and manually enter user name and password. I suspect one or the other corrupt. If that does not contact support at http://support.plarium.com/enstormfall/Tickets/Submit/Step1/48

use chrome browser and install browsec VPN extension
note the solution above is temporary (you should contact your network provider even if you access other websites normally the issue is your network)
other option is to wait but that takes few days
