Ulrich's Blade x 1
Pathfinder: +100% Offense
Wings of Steel x 2
Griffin: +5% Defense -5% Offense
Not sure which is the most powerful one, hence I posted 3.

No straight up answer for this.
Before when running minus food was a problem then i would say Lovars was best over all.
At the moment for me the best is a toss up between storm tamers that give 25% speed each relic to wyverns And Ulrichs blade which gives 100% to pathfinder power each relic.
And when you get people putting 4 wraiths on a siege so you dont raid with theifs then 44.9 mph wyverns is good for raiding.
And when you are throwing 80k pathfinders at someone you had better have your Ulrichs turned on to make the hit so much more disheartening for them.

I have also Lovar's Blessing x 2, Ulrich's Blade x 1, and i have Lova's Jest + 7,5% Patfinder Offence And Lesser Ifrit +5% golem Def.

some relics are clearly better than others but it really depends on the units you have and what works best for your army
my best relics right now are
maras net of protection + 3000 castle defense for 14 days
lesser ifrit + 5% golom defence for unlimited time
