New to the game.  I messed up on my building locations and the manual states that there is an edit button on the upper right.  I do not have that button.  Under 'Bank', I have Black Market, Construction, Map, Lost Arts, Keep, & League (in that order).  I would like to move my buildings and structures around to make the game more playable.
