First of all, we need to confirm the bug. 

Please provide us with the exact steps to reproduce the issue on our side. If the bug is confirmed, we will be able to consider compensation of your troops. Here is an instruction how to report bugs.

exact steps:

1.  send full offensive sige on enemy

2. continued attacking undead with champions ( i was attacking with 3 to 4 different champions at the time so that exp buff would have maximum valuve) so i dont waste time while sige is going to enemy castle

3. while i was attackin undead with champions recived notification in bottom right corner that sige is complete (time of report 13:50 Croatia time) done ; Picture 1 in my first bug report

4. automticly stoped with champion buissnes and went to recall my units home (time 13:51 maybe 13:52)

5. clicked on button to recall champion , clicked on button "all" to mark all nits that where in sige then click return

6. automaticly after units started to go home i continued with champion buissnes, at that point i didnt know that game didnt returned all units, I belived that all my units are going home

7. some time passed, still attacking with champions, again notification in bottom right corner that someone libarate castle that i had sige upon (time 14:17) ; Picture 3

8. didnt know how could that be because I know I didnt left not even 1 unit over there so I went to check whats going on

9. opened report and saw that larg amount of my units didnt returned and most of them are dead

10. went to check whats outside of catacombs and i saw my legendarie units are home allive and 100 units from each tipe of units that i send in initial sige are home alive, my champion that i used for sige was home aswell

11. automaticly i started with screen shots, took a picture of units that did returned when i recalled them (Picture 2), took a picture of my initial sige report where are all units that i send (Picture 1), took a picture of strike report on my units (units that didnt returned when i clicked to recall them "all" , Picture 3) at enemy castle and picture of units that survived attack and returning home (Picture 4)

12. after all those picture taken i send a private msg to Marie Miller (admin on Stormfall facebook page) told her my story she send me her to make report, I still have all reports, didnt delete them if you need time stamp with a picture

I have tried to reproduce the issue by your steps and the bug has not been confirmed. All troops have been recalled from a siege successfully. 

The issue can be related to an unstable internet connection. When you select the troops, a command is sent to the game server and only after its processing, you will see the selected troops in the Recall window. However, due to the connection issue, the command can be delivered to the game server incorrectly (or not delivered at all) and the request will be processed improperly. This could have happened in your case.

The bug has not been confirmed. At this moment we are unable to consider a compensation in your case. 

We will be able to continue the investigation of this case only having the exact steps to reproduce the reported issue. 

ok , let me put this simple

you would like to say that this is my fault ? you think that someone who is fighting for champion exp score on leaderboard for turnament, that pearson who is smashing his mouse buttons ( 4 champions in same time are attacking or returning from attack on undead ) could decide to waste time to return champion (1click) legendaries 4 clicks (4diferent) and 100 of each tipe of units 14 clicks (14 diferent tipe units) ???
I know this could not be my fault i trusted the game i trusted the system. You click recall all and all returns ! That is something what every single player of this game knows, belives in it and doesent have to chack on it. Why? Because game do what you ask from it, in this case it didnt do and all you can tell me is that you are "unable to consider a compesation" I am not intersting in compesation, I want my troops back alive in numbers that I lost because the game didnt accept order I gave to it ! Me = player made 1 order to a game and game decided to ignore that order and to do something that me = player didnt orderd her ! That is not a bug because you could not recreate it back? 
I ask you again return me what was my before game took it awey from me because game ignored direct order that i give ! 

Almost 5 years, days and nights I was ambasador for my league, i was ambasador for my country men/women in big alliance, you cant imagine how many words, sentences, and posts i wrote on english/croatian, can you even imagine 5, 6, 7 and more chat tabs open at same time and you dont even have time to play a game because you have to talk and write all conversation because it was your job to di it. I gived all my time to this game I lost all my units twice. I was down on 0 offensive units and i returned (last time from 13-14 mil to 0 units). Why did i returned? I like the game ,its intersting to play. Now, I will not return this wasnt my fault and i dont like to be returned several months in past just to go click click click click again for something that was not my fault.
