There are no bugs related to a troops' disappearance. Please follow this article to find the missing units. 

If you consider the troops have been lost due to a bug, please provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue. Here is an instruction how to report bugs.

You are not reading apparently.

The troops are in the healer meaning they DIED in a battle. There is NO REPORT OF THEM GETTING KILLED IN MY GM.

How the hell i'm supposed to give you instructions to reproduce something when i have no idea what happened? You should suppose to enlight me here. 

Hi, sorry that this post was without any reply for so long. Please note that units cannot disappear from the account without a reason, they can only die in battles. I see that you played Battlegrounds indeed very actively and there were multiple battles after the one you illustrated with a screenshot. Maybe the necessary battle report simply went unnoticed. 

Nevertheless, we are ready to check this case once again and clarify the situation with your troops as an exception. I have contacted you via email [email protected], please tell us more exact information about the number and type of troops lost so we could explain in which battle they were lost.

The troops that i cannot track on a battle report are the remaining troops from the SS above.

Those not shown clearly are 1690 (remaining 1550) Eldritch Knights 285 Priestess and Dark knights.

I will try to help you and see things from your perpective. Let's say that troops cannot disapear from an account and that there is something that cause this loss, propably died in a battle. Now i want you to see things from my perspective and try to explain.

- If they send on a Battleground, i'm 100% positive it was not my action. So how can they possibly be sended?

-The fact that was not my action is also supported from the fact that i looked every single report AFTER the last battle report where i selected these units (after here is important and means you cannot "lose" a report that it's newer than and older one if there are too many reports on your GM). So even if i send them by mistake, why i was not able to see a report from my loses even if i refreshed the game multiple times?

hi i play some battelground with my deff units, i win each bg the last i win and get more units back in the battelbrifing, now i have no deff units .

i look in my casel , fiefs moving units ,friendly units hamlets, and checet all 5 times they are dissapeared i get the message in some helping links   look they cant dissapeare .. airplaines fly and dont crashes to the ground ... the mistake to die in a airplain crash cant happend ...how long will we gamers have belive to this farytail ....

fackt is i cant play with them and i looked on the wotld map to find a red ore a blue arrow i see in my casel in friendly units my in units in my casel in catacombs and click recall ore show units look in hamlets and all funktions i get in the helping links i am not amused about this farytail units cant disappeare  they dissarpear ....hochachtungsvoll giesela
