Hello, to receive the intelligence bonus, you need to fulfill the requirements stated in the description:
I bought the entire level 2 , 3 and now 5 perimeter package as well as expansion packages there is 0 on that bonus and I have many other improvements that are not showing as well. how can this be fixed? thank you

I don't think perimeter packages come with sentries. I think they come with catapults or ballista and those will replace any sentries you previously had. I found it much cheaper to upgrade my forts rather than buy the fort packs.
Correct, any privous sentries will be removed and replaced with ballista and catapults in those packages. Packages comes with a warning.
