I can't get the game to actually run anymore...
I'm using Windows 10 and Edge.
When I try to play; the game seems to load but when it try's to run I get this error message: id:pp21301614
And, I am told to try later...its been doing this for several hours, across all of my available browsers...

reactions now have imporved very much but some pictures are not changed correctly
worst is in mereths missions, I have two green (fullfilled) missions in one pane

I'm sorry to hear you faced this issue.
According to the information I have, yesterday there was an issue on the end of Deutsche Telekom AG Internet provider and it was the reason why some players couldn't access the game. Installing Browsec VPN extension for browser should have solved it.
If some of you are still facing it, please let me know.
Not sure whats going on with the log in now to the game, get log in prompt then hit "Play Now" loading screen with Archer appears then it goes blank, Never seen this before and now same after 14 hours..

sure is the server updating that has been done some minutes ago. you should be able to log now at the moment the updating has been finished so please check it now and let me know if u still experiment problems

seems that the issue could be caused in a germany area or at least it seems as the post im reading here and on facebook
so, for now try the following steps to try to connect to game:
- clear your browser cookies and cache.
- check your connection speed here: http://www.speedtest.net/-
-reinstall your browser, update it to the latest version or try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Opera);
- your Flash player may be outdated. You can update it here: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html-
-Install Browsec VPN extension for your browser.
- try to use a different computer or Internet connection to see whether it is your PC or the connection that is causing problems
