I was blocked right when I was about to collect those chests, so I feel you guys owe me an explanation, & those 2 chests need to be reimbursed. Not to mention everything else I lost on the count of your tech error, but I am only worried about the chests. Don't say that's why we gave you the reward, because if you do, then you owe me many resources, 10 raids, & everything else I lost.

I am sorry you have faced this situation. The issue has been resolved in 40 minutes after it occurred. Have you tried to log into the game after it?
I am afraid additional compensation is not eligible for this case since the chests could be opened before expiration.

I see that the compensation was sent to all the players after the situation occurred. As mentioned before by Agent Pavel, additional compensation cannot be provided.

No I did not try and log back in, after I tried 4 times, since as I was blocked and it said specifically that I could not log in for 24 hours. Why would I try, after I tried several times & it stated 24 hours? I feel Plarium owes me!Yep, once the error was fixed you would have been able to log in, leaving you at least 23 hours in which you could have collected the chests. If at first you don't succeed, come try again in a few hours.

With all due respect, do you have a problem comprehending and reading English? The screen shot say's her IP address was blocked by the administrators for 24 hours.
How would she even know the error was fixed - did Plarium send any email to her email address saying the 24 hours block was an error. Therefore, giving her the opportunity to log back in within those 23 hours to collect the chests? Its all just "smoke 'n' mirrors" with you people - isn't it.
I have no reservations after reading countless dubious responses to bug reports, that anyone connected to Plarium would try to convince players the moon is made of cheese, if you thought you could get away with it.
