Back to this bug again...
This comes up about every 10 min now.... I have cleared my cache and cookies, so it's not that. I am only experiencing this if I play in a Chrome browser window ( which works better for me than any other browser ). I have to refresh my browser to get it to go away for a few minutes before it comes back. Started on Saturday 6-16-18.

Did you try clicking on the map icon? If that doesn't work you could clear cache and refresh the game.I've just got this stupid ******** arrow for the first time. It appeared just after I clicked on the Mareth reward for completing raids and getting 120k resources.

someone from my league had the same issue, he changed his castle skin and the arrow was goneHi! Don't you know with which skin the issue reproduced?

The radioactive pointy sticks are activated by bg personal events and also by Build level 10 Tower time sensitive quests (etc) ... which also triggers Buy a New Perimeter pop-ups
Refreshing will remove them but will often mark the quests as unread, so we have to do it all over again
It has nothing to do with castle skins etc - this is incidental and casues refresh
