Why this stupid arrow flashes on my game screen nonstop for more than a week already!?! At different places on the screen...
I'm seriously considering to stopping playing this game just because of this stupid annoying arrow!!!

Hello lord! There were some issues on the Facebook server and our engineers have already made the optimizations. Please let me know if it getting better now.

The arrow appears in case you have the following timing quests:
- Win at Battlegrounds;
- Build Sentry/Catapult/Ballista.
Could you please specify if the Arrow is still blinking after you launch/complete this quest?

The tutorial blinking arrow appears after the BG quest and remains until refresh, quest completion, or timed out. While the refresh gets rid of it, sometimes it comes back, though I'm not sure yet what brings it back.

This bug has existed for many months now.
